Click the “Pop-up is prohibited” button on toolbar displayed above browser, and also change
“Pop-up is permitted”, the Pup-up block is removed and the page can be displayed.
If the Pop-up window can be displayed after the above setting has been performed, confirm the other
setting of your browser software.
